Tiger Woods called up his 2000 US Open form in the third round of the 110th US Open Golf Championships of 2010 to put himself in contention in the final round tomorrow.

Channel-browsing, I chanced upon the local broadcast of the on-going 110th US Open Golf 2010 championship in Studion 23.
As in any major golf tournament in my adulthodd, Tiger Woods still is a big draw. And it was great to see to him play like the Tiger of old - the pre-marital scandal Tiger playing like the way he obliterated the Pebble Beach Golf course and the competition en route to a record win in the 2000 U.S Open.
He started the day I think at +5, 2 early birdies but scored 31 on the backnine to move to third place in the leaderboard at 1 under for the tournament. He had two makeable eagles putts that I think would have made his score lower.
The only thing unfamiliar for me was Tiger's attire for the day.
I was wishing that Phil Mickelson would finish the day 3rd or fourth so that they would be paired on the final day. And I would surely love to watch it live in the wee hours tomorrow morning.
Ahead of Tiger is the 36-hole leader Graeme McDowell and the current leader Dustin Johnson who practically owns the course.
We all know that Tiger have never won a major championship coming from behind. So, Tiger needs to do so for the first time for him to make Major title number 15, the 110th US Open Golf Championships.
