WTF! Renaldo Balkman Chokes Spiderman Arwind Santos

When you're a fan, of any sport for that matter, you long for those sports moments that will be etched on history forever. This is one of the occasions, though rare and bizaare, that I do not regret missing.

Thru this tweet, I just learned that Petron Blaze Booster import Renaldo Balkman choked a teammate Arwind Santos known in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)as Spiderman.

As far as I know, Renaldo Balkman is the first genuine and legit NBA player that played as reinforcement in our beloved PBA. One that can truly say that played a lot of games in the ultimate professional basketball league, the NBA.

Reports indicate that Santos tried to calm Balkman down who was irate at referee for a non-call.

It will be interesting to see starting tomorrow what the Petron management and the PBA in general will do.

It is one thing to borderline psychopath just to win a basketball game. It is different when you hurt your own teammate because you can not control your emotions.

Although I am all in to have NBA caliber players play in the PBA, hot temper and violent tendencies should be a big no no.
